Litigation partner David I. Miller will chair the Practicing Law Institute’s Insider Trading Law 2018 Seminar. The program will focus on the law of insider trading; investigating insider trading allegations; avoiding enforcement actions; and the implications of Salman, Martoma, Newman, and other recent decisions.
David will also present on a panel titled “What Is Insider Trading Law and Recent Actions.” The discussion will focus on political intelligence, defending insider trading cases, and recent high-profile enforcement actions.
