INTA’s 2018 Leadership Meeting

Intellectual property partner Rochelle Alpert will participate in the panel discussion titled, “The Challenges of Selecting and Protecting Brands for Mobile Applications, ” at the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) 2018 Leadership Meeting.

In a world with millions of mobile applications increasing by the minute, selecting and knowing when to protect a brand is a challenging process. What? When? How? These are the questions that need the right answers. This panel will take a closer look at best practices, comprehensive searches, evaluating risks, monitoring and enforcement strategies on the mobile application space.
