Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor’s Forum

Litigation partner Zane David Memeger will be speaking at the Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor's Forum on a panel titled “The Constitution and Separation of Powers in America.” 

The panel will examine issues relating to separation of power including judicial independence, executive orders, budgeting, rule of law, standing, law enforcement, appointments and removal from office.
