Litigation partner Zane David Memeger will present at the SCCE Philadelphia Regional Compliance & Ethics Conference. The conference will provide a forum to interact with local compliance professionals, share information about compliance successes and challenges, and educational opportunities for compliance professionals to strengthen the industry.
Zane’s panel, entitled “Internal Investigations Best Practices,” will discuss proper document retention and planning, witness interviews including documentation thereof, disclosure trends, and best practices for reporting to the government.
