2019 AAHP Summit: Challenges and Solutions in Quality and Safety of Homeopathic Drug Products

Morgan Lewis is pleased to announce that FDA partner Ann Begley will serve as Regulatory Track Leader for the 14th Annual American Association of Homeopathic Pharmacists (AAHP) Summit. The Regulatory Track will include sessions on claims substantiation, labeling topics, and enforcement.

With the expected adoption of FDA's risk-based enforcement guidance, businesses must be up to date on compliance in every area, particularly the six FDA enforcement priorities:

• Products with reported safety concerns
• Ingredients associated with safety concerns
• Non-oral and non-topical administration
• Products marketed for prevention or treatment of serious conditions
• Products marketed for infants, children, the elderly, etc.
