PBI 25th Annual Health Law Institute

Litigation partner Matthew Hogan will present at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 25th Annual Health Law Institute, a two-day event providing practical teaching with realistic solutions to everyday and unexpected problems in health law.

Matt’s panel, titled “False Claims Act Update,” will examine notable False Claim Act cases from the past year as well as major issues involving the FCA that have arisen. The panel will meet on Tuesday, March 12, from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm.
