Litigation partner Matthew S. Miner will speak at the 2020 ABA Criminal Justice Section’s Virtual White Collar Institute in June. The virtual institute will bring together representatives from the corporate sector, Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), prosecutors and the federal judiciary to discuss the latest updates on new developments and strategies in white-collar law.
Matthew’s panel will be titled “Compliance, Cooperation, and Monitorships: Current DOJ Policy.”
