IADC 2020 Mid-Year Meeting

Litigation partner Ryan McCarthy will speak at a panel at the International Association of Defense Counsel’s 2020 Mid-Year Meeting in Pebble Beach, CA on Wednesday, February 26.

Ryan’s panel, “Healthcare Enforcement and Why Effective Corporate Compliance Matters,” will discuss how DOJ rewards strong compliance, the new DOJ cooperation policy in FCA actions, how the government evaluates corporate compliance, best practices to implement and maintain a robust healthcare compliance program, and recent healthcare-fraud cases involving successes and failures of compliance. The panel will meet from 7:30–8:30 am.
