MFA West 2020

Morgan Lewis partners Brendan Kalb and Christopher Dlutowski will speak at the Managed Funds Association (MFA) West 2020 conference on behalf of the investment management practice.

Brendan will participate in a roundtable discussion on the “Latest Trends in Side Letters: Best Practices for Investors and Managers,” along with the Director of Administration and Risk for Tufts University Endowment.

Christopher will speak during a morning breakout session, “Fund Structuring: Offsetting Conflicts of Interest and Establishing Best Practices in Alignment for SMAs, Co-Investing, Commingled and Funds of One,” along with panelists from BNY Mellon and Farallon Capital.
