ABA's 34th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime

Morgan Lewis white collar litigation partners Kelly A. Moore and Matthew A. Miner will speak at the 34th Annual ABA National Institute on White Collar Crime. This two-day program will feature leading practitioners from around the nation covering topics such as new developments and strategies in white collar law, healthcare fraud, DOJ, internal investigations, criminal discovery and procedure, and ethics.

Kelly’s panel, “Significant Legal Developments in the Regions,” will discuss new developments and trends in the Northeast region to better inform attorneys of strategies and arguments used in litigating white collar cases. This panel will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 9 am.

Matthew’s panel will discuss the framework for evaluating the effectiveness of compliance programs set out in the DOJ Manual and DOJ leadership pronouncements, as well as recent adjustments. They will also consider the impact on compliance programs, cooperation, and the need for monitorships. This panel will be held on March 11, 2020 at 4:15 pm.
