NRC Requirements for Nuclear Plant License Renewal: 10 C.F.R. Parts 51 & 54

Morgan Lewis partners Kathryn Sutton and Paul Bessette will provide a one-hour presentation on the NRC requirements for nuclear plant license renewal under 10 CFR parts 51 and 54. This discussion will provide an overview of the license and hearing processes, as well as the safety side of the process, and cover environmental and NEPA review.
