Recognizing the important role that lawyers play in helping to reverse the tide of systemic racism, and to increase diversity and inclusion in the business and financial sectors, the D&I Subcommittee will host a virtual two-part series: 1) Navigating barriers of inequality in the legal profession; and 2) Confronting the lack of diversity and institutionalized bias in legal practice.
Part Two: Now What: Beyond the Statements, Press Releases & Acknowledgments will provide a platform for industry leaders to discuss how we can create sustainable and quantifiable change in diversity and inclusion, and tackle institutional bias in the practice of law.
