Managing Your Stress and Manifesting Your Power at Work or Home (or Work From Home)

Join Pittsburgh yoga instructor Karen Conley, a co-owner of Pittsburgh Yoga Studio, Amazing Yoga, for a mini session of gentle yoga (in your office, home office, or in a chair), followed by meditation and a positive thinking exercise. Many of us find ourselves under stress as we juggle working from home, other challenges of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and social unrest.

To help manage these stresses, Karen will lead us through a short session of gentle yoga at your desk or chair. She will then lead us in a stress-reducing meditation session. Finally, we will end with an exercise in positive thinking about our power as working women. Karen will join us by livestream video. This event is hosted by Morgan Lewis's Pittsburgh office and ML Women initiative.
