IP partner Todd Esker spoke at the Centre of Regulatory Excellence at Duke-NUS Medical School’s Biotherapeutics Workshop.

Todd’s panel, titled “Health Technology Assessment of Biologics,” discussed the role of HTA in access, intellectual property considerations, and also provided a case study on UK perspectives.
