International Bar Association 2020 Virtually Together Conference

Intellectual property of counsel Rebecca McDougall will participate in the International Bar Association (IBA) 2020 Virtually Together conference.

Rebecca’s panel, titled “Don’t Let a Good Crisis Go to Waste: Protecting and Enforcing IP in the Wake of COVID-19-Driven Closures and Suspensions,” will discuss what happened and might still be continuing to happen in the IP world. The panel will provide information on the approach IP offices have taken in the various jurisdictions and on the impact the crisis had on administrative and enforcement proceedings.
