Nascent Competition: Of Probabilities and Magnitude

Antitrust & Competition practice associate Rishi Satia will moderate a panel entitled, “Nascent Competition: Of Probabilities and Magnitude,” for ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Federal Civil Enforcement Committee.

The expert panel will discuss potential frameworks enforcers and courts could employ to analyze nascent competition and look at past, current, and future challenges to transactions through these alternatives.
