Developments in the Cell and Gene Therapy Space

Please join us for a presentation that will provide an introduction to legal matters implicated by cell and gene therapies, with an emphasis on IP, regulatory and transactional consideration. This program will enable lawyers to understand some of the more complex legal IP and regulatory issues encountered from time to time with cell and gene therapies and to have a sense of the market for legal risk allocation in contracting around cell and gene therapies.
