Partners Carl Valenstein and Matt Elkin will speak on the Boston Bar Association’s webinar, “Use of Hybrid or Tandem Entities (not-for-profit and for-profit) to Advance Medical Research and Clinical Drug Development” on Monday, March 15.

This program will explore the relevant corporate and tax-exempt legal issues in using hybrid or tandem entities to advance medical research and clinical drug development.  This presenters will provide an overview of various issues to consider, how the current law operates, and review illustrative case studies.
