UT Law CLE's 32nd Annual Health Law Conference

We are pleased to announce litigation-healthcare partners Susan Feigin Harris and Scott McBride will present at UT Law CLE's 32nd Annual Health Law Conference.

Susan will present on the panel titled, “Pandemic Relief Dollars: To Whom Much is Given, Much is Expected,” on April 7, 2021 at 11:30 am CT.  Her presentation will provide an overview of the various pandemic relief funding bills, including the version of the CARES Act and discuss the variety of funding pools, attestation requirements, loan repayments, waivers, and frequently asked question guidance issued from government agencies associated with COVID-19 relief funding.

Scott will present on the panel titled, “Enforcement Trends Across the Healthcare Industry,” on April 8, 2021 at 9:20 am CT, and will cover the latest trends in enforcement and analyze what the new theories and trends mean for 2021 and beyond.
