AEB Intellectual Property Committee Meeting

CBT/IP partner Ksenia Andreeva (MO) presented during the annual AEB Intellectual Property Committee event “Intellectual Property Rights: Recent trends, court practices, problems and solutions” hosted online on 26 May 2021. The conference focused on key issues in the sphere of intellectual property in Russia, including an overview of legislation improvements, established practices in applying regulatory acts, court practices and much more detailed information and analysis provided by high profile speakers from the Intellectual Property Rights Court, the Russian Trademark and Patent Office, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the European Commission and international law firms. Ksenia spoke on the topic “Digital Partnerships: Specifics of agreements on Development and Acquisition of Technologies”.
