Preparing for the SEC’s Security-Based Swaps Regime

Partners Christine Lombardo, Mike Philipp and Ignacio Sandoval will speak on a panel, “Preparing for the SEC’s Security-Based Swaps Regime” with Mark Wolfe, Associate Director in Office of Derivatives Policy and Trading Practices, US Securities Exchange Commission, which will be moderated by Jennifer Han, Chief Counsel & Head of Regulatory Affairs, Managed Funds Association. Discussions will center around the implementation of the SEC’s security-based swaps regulation, and what members should know and do to prepare for compliance.

The panel will discuss the regulations going into effect this fall, what to anticipate from counterparties, margin requirements, clearing, reporting, and other Dodd-Frank Title VII rules to come!
