Partner Jacqueline Berman will speak at The Path Forward: Seeking Racial Equity in Food and Drug Law, Food and Drug Law Journal 2021 Symposium. The goals of the Symposium will be to identify and discuss past and present racial injustices in food and drug law and suggest and analyze possible remedies and reforms.
