2022 HNBA/VIA Corporate Counsel Conference

Teri Diaz spoke on the 2022 HNBA/VIA Corporate Counsel Conference panel titled “Behind the Ransomware Iron Curtain." This panel explored the critical role that counsel must play in the development of any organization’s cybersecurity program, covering topics such as cyber policies, incident response, and engagement with regulators, as well as links between an organization’s risk management program and work on data protection and network defense.
