ABA's 37th National Institute on White Collar Crime

Litigation partner Sandra Moser and labor and employment partner Ami N. Wynne will speak at ABA’s White Collar Crime National Institute in San Francisco this March. This conference is attended by leading federal and state judges and prosecutors, law enforcement officials, defense attorneys, corporate in-house counsel, and members of the academic community. The faculty regularly includes some of the top members of the white collar bar in the United States and abroad.

This year, topics will cover recent developments and new trends in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) enforcement, updates on sentencing and corrections law and policy, securities enforcement in the Biden-Harris administration, health care fraud developments in the age of pandemics, cryptocurrency, antitrust enforcement trends, and anti-money laundering and asset seizures.
