Partner Kelly Moore participated at Duke Law’s Mass Tort MDL Advanced Certificate seminar held at Duke University. The course’s highly interactive format offered participants an in-depth exploration of concepts introduced in the Mass Tort MDL Certificate course. Kelly was joined by judges, academics, and practitioners to cover several key areas of multidistrict litigation (MDL), including the leadership appointment process, case management tools—such as plaintiff fact sheets, profile forms, and census—bellwether trials, and settlement and resolution.
