NERA Economic Consulting Associate Director Dr. Gabriella Monahova and Senior Consultant Dr. Cristián Hernández, along with David, will discuss what pricing algorithms are and what they can do, what issues arise from their use in merger investigations, and how US agencies like the FTC and DOJ are approaching them.
