Financial Services Institute (FSI) Exchange 2022 Virtual Mid-Year Meeting

Russell Fecteau, of counsel in our securities enforcement and litigation practice, will speak at the Financial Services Institute (FSI) Exchange 2022 Virtual Mid-Year Meeting on the panel “SEC and FINRA Enforcement Developments: What Has Changed and What’s Ahead?” covering recent cases, trends, and Regulation Best Interest. The session will describe how both the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) open cases and the processes these regulators use once cases are in enforcement.
