Pennsylvania's Courts: Where Are They Now & Where Are They Going?

Morgan Lewis and Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts are proud to present “Where Are They Now & Where Are They Going?” This webinar will feature Morgan Lewis partner Laura Hughes McNally alongside Geoff Moulton, a retired Pennsylvania Superior Court judge and Pennsylvania State Court administrator; Jay Silberblatt, a partner at Silberblatt Mermelstein and president of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; and Thomas Vanaskie, a retired judge for the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and of counsel at Stevens & Lee.

Retired Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge Carl Solano will moderate a discussion on the advancements made in the Pennsylvania courts’ civil systems during and because of the COVID-19 pandemic, where the courts are headed now, and what limitations the system faces—including but not limited to funding.
