ABA’s Civil False Claims and Qui Tam Enforcement Institute 2022

Litigation partner Douglas Baruch will be speaking at ABA’s Civil False Claims 2022 conference. This conference covers trends, developments, and nuts and bolts of False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation.

Doug will speak on the panel "FCA Perspectives: What you should know from the defense bar." He will be joined by other experienced FCA defense counsel to provide insights on how they proactively work with clients to run compliant businesses, how they deal with government inquiries, and what they wish every putative relator would know about their good-faith efforts.
