DOECAA Fall 2022 Conference

Partners Barron Avery and Kirstin Gibbs will deliver the presentation, “Contracting Opportunities and Legal Risks in a Clean Energy Future,” at the Department of Energy Contractor Attorneys’ Association (DOECAA) Fall 2022 Conference.

DOECAA serves to educate its members on the history of US Department of Energy (DOE) contracts and the theory, practice, administration, and policy surrounding this area of federal contract law. The organization examines legal issues confronting the DOE contractor and first-tier subcontractor community.
