FDLI Introduction to Drug Law and Regulation

Partners Rebecca Dandeker and Jacqueline Berman will present during the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI’s) Introduction to Drug Law and Regulation course. The virtual course is designed to give attendees an understanding of the essentials of drug law and regulation, along with an overview of the administrative agencies that impact the industry.

Serving as the 2022 program’s curriculum advisor, Rebecca Dandeker will lecture on “Abbreviated NDA (ANDA), 505(b)(2) Applications, and Patent and Exclusivity Issues” on November 9 from 2:05–3:25 pm ET.

Jacqueline Berman will present “Biologics and Biosimilars” on November 10 from 11:05 am–12:05 pm ET.
