HR Policy Association’s 2023 CHRO Summit

Partner Sharon Masling spoke at Human Resources (HR) Policy Association’s 2023 Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Summit on a panel titled, “The Potential Impact of the Harvard Case on Employment-Based Diversity Programs: What CHROs Need to Start Thinking About Now.” Sharon and the other panelists discussed the Harvard University case pending before the US Supreme Court and how the Court’s decision may impact employment-based diversity programs.
