Partner Richard Rosenblatt and of counsel Joseph Nuccio will speak during the webinar “Understanding Federal and New Jersey Wage and Hour Laws: Plus NJ WARN ACT Amendments”—hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJBSA).
The panel will cover New Jersey’s expansive wage and hour laws that provide protections for employees and independent contractors, including laws governing qualifications and exemptions for overtime, commissions, methods of wage payment, and recording requirements.
CLE credit: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 5.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 5.7 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial.
