Securities Enforcement Forum East 2023

Partner Kelly L. Gibson will speak at the 2023 Securities Enforcement Forum East.

The Securities Enforcement Forum is a one-day conference that brings together current and former senior SEC officials, securities enforcement and white collar lawyers, and in-house counsel and compliance executives, among other top professionals in the field. This year’s keynote address will be given by SEC Chair Gary Gensler. The conference will also feature a keynote discussion with SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal.

Kelly, a securities enforcement lawyer who has previously held numerous national and regional leadership roles at the SEC, will lend her experience to the panel "Financial Firms in the SEC’s Crosshairs – Key Developments for Asset Managers, Broker-Dealers, Private Funds and Hedge Funds" from 8:10 am–8:55 am ET.
