AIMA Asia-Pacific Roundtable: Japan Shareholding Reforms

Partner Tomoko Fuminaga will participate in the 2023 Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) Asia-Pacific Roundtable on November 2. The roundtable will provide an overview and discussion on proposed reforms by the Financial Services Agency of Japan, including the tender offer rule, shareholder transparency, and an expansion of the shareholding reporting regime. Tomoko will speak alongside other lawyers and financial management officials.
