EDI’s Sixth Annual Judicial Training Symposium - Judicial Tools for Addressing Discovery Disputes

The Electronic Discovery Institute’s Sixth Annual Judicial Training Symposium is an intensive, two-day training program designed specifically for members of the federal judiciary. Partner Scott Millner will speak on a panel providing a high-level overview of key discovery issues. The panel will (1) discuss topics such as questions that courts could ask when determining whether there is a meaningful conflict needing resolution and (2) suggest various judicial tools that courts may implement to help quell disputes and encourage parties to reach agreements, as well as develop processes that permit discovery in a manner consistent with US laws.
