Wednesday, November 01, 2023
05:00 PM - 07:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time

In celebration of a new gallery on the history of the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Regional Offices, the SEC Historical Society invites you to attend a special program on the evolution of the San Francisco Regional Office.

The office has jurisdiction over Northern California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho and has been involved in some of the most high-profile SEC investigations of Silicon Valley companies.

Please join us for a conversation with the current and five former regional directors of the office, whose leadership of the San Francisco Regional Office spans the last 30 years. They will discuss a range of topics that have impacted and defined the office over time.

TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:

  • The impact of technological advances
  • Seminal enforcement cases
