Morgan Lewis Labor and Employment partner Harry Johnson will be speaking at the 53rd Annual Midwest Labor and Employment Law Seminar.
Harry, a former National Labor Relations Board Member, will give an NLRB Update at 3:45 - 4:45 PM covering the major developments in decisions by the Board and appeals from the Board over the last year. This presentation will cover joint employer issues, new NLRB cases striking down employer handbooks and contracts, and other major cases where the Board has had an impact on labor relations and employment practices.
