Morgan Lewis IP associate Jiazhen (Ivon) Guo will moderate the ABA Section of IP Law’s Landslide webinar on “A Comparative Discussion of US and Chinese On-Sale and Public Use Bars to Patentability.”
Ivon’s panel will discuss the similarities and differences between United States and Chinese patent law on pre-filing activities that can be patent precluding. The panel will provide actionable insights that practitioners can leverage to manage US business practice in China to avoid inadvertently triggering a patent bar.
