ACA Spring 2015 Compliance Conference

GIPS-compliant firms are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the calculation and presentation of performance. While there are many similarities between the rules and regulations of the SEC and the GIPS standards, there are also some notable differences. This session will compare and contrast various requirements of the SEC and GIPS standards, including those relating to record keeping, portability, and disclosures, and provide practical guidance for ensuring compliance with both.
