AHLA's Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues is a practical, informative program that brings together knowledgeable public and private sector speakers with CMS and other agency representatives.
Every year, this program covers regulations and enforcement initiatives related to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. The faculty discusses, in-depth, the impact of emerging regulatory trends, recent case law, and legislative developments on health plans and various types of health care providers, and the challenges they face.
