Jon Roellke participated on a panel of attorneys and regulators discussing the DOJ and FTC’s expedited process for companies seeking antitrust guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The agencies have reiterated their intention to pursue civil violations of the antitrust laws, particularly those related to price gouging.
The panel addressed these developments and how to counsel clients on these issues. This teleconference was hosted by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law.
