Can’t Work, Won’t Work: managing sickness absence and poor performance in the workplace

Our labour and employment practice will be leading an interactive and practical seminar about how employers should deal with issues in relation to sickness absence and underperforming employees.

The presenters will give an overview of recent case and legislative developments, outlining key issues in relation to sickness absence and underperforming employees. They will also provide practical guidance on how employers should manage sickness absence and poor performance. Finally, the presenters will discuss ways to limit exposure to potential future disputes and claims.
