Morgan Lewis and Philadelphia VIP invite you to participate in a pro bono clinic. You will be paired with a participating Morgan Lewis attorney to provide limited-scope legal advice to Philadelphia entrepreneurs from the Women's Business Development Center. You will attend a one-hour CLE on small business law and then provide advice to a small business owner in need of your particular legal skills.
We ask that participating attorneys have three years of legal experience. Up to 25 in-house counsel may register; each will be paired with a Morgan Lewis attorney. Although any practicing attorney may participate, there is a particular need for attorneys with expertise in corporate formation, tax, real estate, IP, and contracts.
