Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts invite you to join a discussion with several leading litigators on tactics and strategies for defending high-profile defamation cases. Our panelists in this one-hour program will discuss their defense of Louis Freeh, whose internal investigation and report on sex abuse committed by former Penn State University football coach Jerry Sandusky prompted a defamation lawsuit by Dr. Graham Spanier, the university’s former president. Mr. Freeh, a former FBI director and former federal court judge, was hired by Penn State to conduct an investigation into the university’s handling of the Sandusky scandal.
