FDLI: Introduction to Medical Device Law and Regulation

Partner Michele Buenafe will speak during the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI’s) Introduction to Medical Device Law and Regulation course on the panel, Digital Health. 

Michele will cover medical device regulations in the context of digital health, addressing the 21st Century Cures Act, categories of regulation, what US Food and Drug Administration regulations apply to digital health products, and clinical decision support. Michele's presentation will take place on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 from 10:50 AM - 11:35 AM ET.
