US President Donald Trump continues to build out his administration, and a new Chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission is expected to be confirmed soon by the US Senate. With all the change in Washington, it remains uncertain how shareholder activism will be impacted and whether the policies of the new Trump administration will foster a climate that is more friendly to shareholder activism, or less.
