Litigation partner Wendy West Feinstein will moderate a panel at the International Association of Defense Counsel’s 2019 Mid-year Meeting in Santa Barbara, CA, on Sunday, February 24.
Wendy’s panel, “Current Trends in FCA Healthcare Litigation,” will review and analyze recent DOJ memos. Hot topics will include development splits of authority on a number of issues, such as “first to file” and rights of dismissal, as well as other unfolding developments including the impact of Brand and Granston memos. The panel will meet from 7:30–8:30 am.
