Ryan Fournier will speak at the Institute of Food Technologist (IFT) Food Law and Regulations Course: A Practical Road Map. The course provides an introduction to the food regulatory landscape.
Ryan will speak on the topic of "FDA: Food Processing, Food Standards" on Wednesday, March 27 from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm, and on the topic of "Retail Food Protection: The Food Code" on Thursday, March 28 from 11:15 am – 12:15 pm.
