More and more employers are implementing worksite health facilities to provide medical care beyond first aid and workplace injury services. This movement is being driven by a number of factors, including a desire to manage health care costs and changes in the health care industry resulting from Health Care Reform. This panel session will explore the different options some employers are implementing and how to successfully navigate the related legal challenges. The panelists will provide a brief overview of key legal issues and recent developments in the industry, and will encourage questions from conference attendees.
